Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Please contact us at the email below to initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Our pieces are handcrafted using traditional materials including natural wood, lacquer, and bamboo. Each product page includes specific material details.
How do I care for my tea tray or lacquered object?
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid soaking in water or exposing to extreme heat. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the lacquer finish.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. All DILV pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans inspired by Chinese tea culture and everyday rituals. Minor variations in finish and texture are a natural characteristic of handmade work.
